Helpdesk system under development...
We are developing a customer support helpdesk system that all customers will be able to login, send us support and billing tickets, upload MS word documents, images and much more! This system should be up and running by next week! We encourage all new and existing customers to use this system so we can stay more organized with the day to day operations and requests we recieve on a daily basis.
We are also added a "project-in-progress system that will allow a new customer to login and veiw thier website changes by the hour or daily. This will help us keep track of your information as well as keep you completly informed of the changes to your website.
