Customer Service - How important is it?

Customer service can make or break a company. If your dealing with a compay that has bad customer service, how long are you going to be with them? Will you buy anything else from them? I can pretty much guess that your answer is NO.
We take customer service to the next level. We are always available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. We work weekends ( or atleast some of us ) and holidays. If you need to get intouch with us, we are only a phone call away and we can assure you that will will answer the phone or call you back in a reasonable matter of time. We take customer service very seriously. If you have a bad attitude, how do you think your business is going to survive in a customer orianted world?

You can stop by my office anytime and I will even make you lunch or invite you to dinner! We feel that our customer service is unmatched by any web design company in Virginia. We don't treat you like a client or customer, we treate you like a person, friend and colleague.

Changed our header...


So we decided to change our header on our main website; http://qualityonedesigns.com/. We wanted something more with a "Local" feel to it. The picture is of the James River towards the north end at sunset. This picture may change periodicly so you may see another picture up there tommorrow! The picture to the left is of Matthew Williams while he was on the Washington DC Metro!

New site underway for Plumbing To The MAX!

We did their old website as well and Max (the owner) contacted us and wanted a fresh new look!

Our new office!!


We decided to take a picture of our office for everyone to see! We like to keep our cost low and the only way we could accomplish that was to set our office outside on the street and use the cities power! You see our state-of the art computer system? Man, that this is high tech and speedy! It almost resembles a commodore 64! So, if you see us, just honk or just throw something at us like everyone else does!

Just Started!


Well, we decided to create a blog since that seems to be the "trendy" thing to do now. On this blog, we will talk about anything and everything that sometimes is useless, entertaining, important or just plain Ole gibberish. Heck, we will even post company news, information regarding company changes, improvements and whatever else we can think of to add on here.

First off in this post, I would like to talk about what a "web Designer" actually is.
Some people don't actually know what a web designer does everyday. Some people may think that we just sit at a computer and look at a screen and play on the keyboard all day. Well, sorry to burst your bubble! A web designer is a creative individual who can create a web design that is unique, original, colorful, clean and almost anything else you can think of. Sometimes now "IF" we are bored, we will talk junk to each other over instant messenger. But not all the time. We like to have fun, we love what we do and we are good at what we do. We are a creative, dynamic team and fun loving human beings that want to be successful.
